Cancellation Policies:
Patients who fail to come to their appointment are considered a “no show.” Patients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a “late cancellation.” Both “no shows” and “late cancellations” are assessed a $75 fee. This fee will be the patient’s responsibility and must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments
